Any order received Mon-Sat before 1.00PM EST is shipped same day. Otherwise, it is shipped the next business day.
Shipping methods:
You can choose any shipping option from USPS. USPS Express and
UPS shipments have a tracking number that will be email to you once your order is shipped. You can track your package on www.usps.com or www.ups.com. Standard USPS Priority shipments are sent with an electronic Delivery Confirmation, which is not a tracking number. The USPS Track service (www.usps.com) updates the status once the package has been delivered.
Be sure to provide a fully correct shipping address. If you live in a building or a condo without a personal mailbox, ask for a shipment with "Signature Confirmation". It is free. We are not responsible for losses as soon as the tracking shows that the package has been delivered.
Shipping charges:
The shopping cart is connected to the USPS and
UPS rate calculators and you will be charged at actual cost, according to the weight of your order and your shipping address. When a product is free shipping (US Domestic, USPS Priority Mail only, and UPS Ground), its weight counts for zero.
As long as you have not submitted your Credit Card information, you can click the "Back" button of your browser to modify your shipping option.Delivery: We ship orders to every state in the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO addresses. Overseas customers, please refer to the paragraph below.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, money orders, and personal checks (please allow 3 business days for clearance). Credit cards are securely processed via AuthorizeNet. The Payment Gateway is set for the maximum cardholder protection. Be sure to enter the correct billing information, as printed on your billing statement, and to give your correct day phone number. Any order without a valid phone number for the billing party will not be processed. While shopping, your IP address will be monitored. Any fraudulent credit card use attempt will be notified to IFCC/FBI. If you pay through Paypal using an eCheck, your shipment will be delayed until after the eCheck is cleared and the payment is completed.
International Shipping: We ship to any country shown in the dropdown list. According to the specific customs regulations of your country for cigars and accessories, taxes and duties could have to be paid. They are the responsibility of the customer. You credit card might not be recognized by the payment processor. If that happens, please contact us for instructions. Moreover, your IP address will be monitored. Any fraudulent credit card use attempt will be notified to IFCC/FBI.
Return Policy:
Damaged products : Product quality is checked before shipping. In the unlikely event you receive damaged products, call us at toll free 1 877 252 4938 for instructions or send an email .
Return shipping expenses will be at our charge.
You change your mind: ship the package back to us. You will have to pay for the shipping, unless you do not open the package (USPS shipment only). Refuse UPS shipment at delivery for minimizing the charge. Call us at
1 408 871 2199 and tell us if you want a refund, a credit or an exchange. Refund and credit will apply on goods only.
If our order was 'Free Shipping", you will be refunded minus the actual total shipping cost.
Refunds, credits and exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned goods.
